We use Insured ParcelPost to Offshore and abroad.

When ordering, please give CLEAR address, postcode, and phone number! It helps US to help YOU!

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders paid by credit/debit card or Paypal, usually go out same day, cheques take 5 to 6 working days to clear, then goods go straight out without delay.

Would buyers please note, AND THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT, we take great care in wrapping instruments, but accidents CAN happen. When accepting delivery of parcel, check for any sign of damage to the wrapping!!!!! If damaged, sign as "RECEIVED DAMAGED", and if goods are damaged inside, REPORT TO COURIER AND/OR IMPACT MUSIC IMMEDIATELY, and no later than by 10 am next morning. Our insurers WILL NOT entertain claims made later than this, so please check goods immediately!
